The mark of a Christian is a generous heart. It is a reflection of the giving nature of God. It is out of our abundance that we give our tithes and offerings. The tithe is a tenth of our income. It is a reminder that when we let go of our stuff. Our stuff lets go of us and our lives are more than an abundance of possessions. That is why we give.
